The principals and founders of VanCity Reception services have been involved in the vacation rental industry for more than 15 years offering vacation rental management services through their sister company, EMR Vacation Rentals. During the 2010 Winter Olympics, EMR Vacation Rentals was chosen my Tourism Vancouver as the preferred supplier of furnished accommodations and was prominently featured on their website as such. As the premier vacation rental provider in BC, EMR has managed literally thousands of bookings and tens of thousands of guests.
We saw there was a clear need to help other owners manage their guests and to offer the expreience and security protocols developed over years of doing business. We've seen it all and planned in advance for every contingency.
